MRC Detail Kit (interim) Instructions

This instruction page is an interim page until the full instruction page is finalised. The full page will be in the PDF/PowerPoint format, but this should suffice until the full sheet is finished. Thank you for the patience in waiting for this instruction sheet, as it has been way too long in the making, and for that I apologise.

Just a few hints and tips to start with.

1. Please read the full instruction before starting (3 times)
2. Pre-drill all holes before removing items from the fret
3. Decide weather you wish to use 0.3mm or 0.4mm wire for rungs and pinning of parts to the body.
4. Some of the parts in this fret are very small and the use of good tweezers and pliers is suggested, as the ping value can be high
5. (Ping Value ---- the ability for small parts to go "PING" leave the hands or pliers and never to be seen again)
6. Use very fine stainless steel sissors to cut the parts from the fret, and clean up with fine wet and dry paper as necessary.
7. Take you time in constructing sub-assemblies as they can be very fiddly.

9. This kit is designed tobe used in conjunction with the original kit instructions.
10. This kit is designed for the Lloyds HO MRC kit which are now available through AR Kits. The kit should be suitable for all the other variations of this type of wagon
